Smite is a MOBA(multiplayer online battle arena) where players controls goddess, gods or other mythological creatures. As usual for MOBA games, in smite two teams of 5 players fight against each other. To win the game you have to kill opposing teams Phoenixes or Titan. The main difference between Smite and other MOBAs is that Smire has close-up third-person perspective, which makes the game more action filled. The graphics are also definitely top notch for a MOBA game. The game has over 90 playable characters with unique abilities that offer a lot of depth and action. While Smite seems more of an action game than other MOBAs, it still offers a lot of depth. The game also has different game Modes, but Conquest is the most popular one.
