911: First Responders is a real-time strategy game that has the player have control of an emergency team including EMS, law enforcement, fire department, search and rescue, and technical units. It is known as Emergency 4: Global Fighters for Life in Europe.

The game contains 20 missions and a Endless and challenge free play mode. Challenge mode gives the player tasks that begin easy to hard. Endless mode has the player just respond to events no matter the difficulty.
