Overview

The game is primarily based on (2000), though features some content from the original (1998) and has been ported to the engine with some additional graphical effects such as depth of field, reflections and projected shadows.

The level and car geometry is still based on the 2000 game, with sprite based foliage.

The game is singleplayer only and features a championship mode with car unlocks, as well as a single race mode.

Input devices

The game has support for both gamepads (360, PS3, Xbox One and PS4 among others) and driving wheels, and can be played with both analog controls and the D-pad, for a more authentic PS1 style experience.

Locations

There are tracks in three locations, Australia, Greece and Corsica, unlocked in that order. Initially you unlock two championships in each country, and after that you unlock Mixed Rally Series and Expert Rally Series, which feature harder tracks in the previous countries.
