Overview

Motorsport Manager is a highly upgraded version of the mobile game sharing the same name. In the game the player manages a Motorsport team. They have the choice of 3 different divisions each with their own set of rules and unique race calendar which can be changed through voting which happens throughout the season. It is the players job to make budgetary and tactical decisions with the help of the teams drivers and staff to meet the objectives and expectations set by the Chairman of the team. Running a team comes with many responsibilities such as hiring and firing staff, constructing new buildings and improving existing ones to enhance the team's abilities and potential. Depending on the division the race weekend can consist of practice which involves working with the drivers and mechanics to achieve the perfect setup and strategy for the following qualifying session and/or race day. On race day the player may have to make split second decisions regarding strategy and control the team's decisions during key moments in the race which can make or break the teams race, keeping an eye on weather forecasts, tyre wear/temperature, fuel levels etc is very important.
