Chiki Chiki Machine Mou Race: Kenken to Black Maou no Ijiwaru Daisakusen, the sub-title loosely translated to "Kenken and Black Maou's Cruel Plan", is a point-and-click adventure game developed and published by for the exclusively in Japan (as a ) on March 20, 1994. It also received and releases in 1994 as Wacky Races Interactive CD-ROM.
Based on the 1960's cartoon , Kenken to Black Maou no Ijiwaru Daisakusen features a 3D CGI recreation of all racers and machines, with most racers voiced by the original show's Japanese dubbed voice actors. The game is split into two sections: Races TV (in which players guess on who wins the next race, and then watch the randomized race) and Trip (in which players use their winnings to travel to each locale and foil the plans of the scheming duo and ).
The game's story involves Dick Dastardly & Muttley (known in this Japanese release as Black Maou & Kenken) wreaking havoc on 10 "worlds" on Earth, with each "world" based on the 10 other machines. Players must first win each of the other machines' "driver cards" by correctly guessing that they win the outcome of the next race, and then use the unique machine T-Born Wrex to travel to each world, talk to the other racers, and figure out how to foil the scheming duo's plans.
