Counter-Strike: Source is the remake of the legendary multiplayer first-person shooter Counter-Strike using the Source game engine, which has improved graphics and slightly different physics. Just like in previous counter-strike games you play in one of the two teams Counter-Terrorists or Terrorists, where Terrorists have either to plant the bomb or to prevent Counter-Terrorists from rescuing the hostages, while on the other side Counter-Terrorists have either to prevent from bomb to get planted or rescue hostages.
