Overview

Project Tilt is a fast-paced 2D multiplayer shooter that mixes up elements of other games like and . The game is in currently development by the developer BitCake Studio.

In the game players navigate around a maze-like environment during deathmatch battles, picking up Weapons, Power-Ups and Health Packs to aid in battle.

Gameplay

Game Modes

Project Tilt currently has 2 game modes - deathmatch and team deathmatch.

• - Standard deathmatch, 5 minutes of killing mayhem, the player with more kills at the end wins.
• - Like the Deathmatch, but the players are split between 2 teams of 5 people and every kill counts for a team score, the matches are 8 minutes long and at the end the team with the best score wins

Weapons

One of the most important things in Project Tilt is knowing the weapons, the game currently feature 7 weapons categories :

1. Basic Weapons : Those are the weapons you respawn with, weak overall weapons that only shoot basic bullets
   
   
2. Rapid Fire Weapons : Weapons with high rate of fire, usually with a mechanic to make you keep shooting
   
   
3. Short-Burst Weapons : Shotguns, nuff said
   
   
4. Launcher Weapons : Weapons that launch projectiles, like grenades or shurikens.
   
   
5. Continuous Weapons : Weapons with continuous fire, like flamethrowers or rayguns, the ammunition for those tend to be like fuel.
   
   
6. Explosive Weapons : Weapons that generate big explosion and robot corpses, like bazookas
   
7. Precision Weapons : Long-range precision weapons that one hit ko when the user gets it right

Currently each category has its own weapon, but more weapons are being made.

Power-Ups

The game also features a wide range of game-changing power ups which you pick up in the map, each with a different effect.

• Double Damage : All your shoots do 2x damage
  
  
• Uber Weapon : All your weapons have enhanced fire rate and infinite ammo
  
  
• Second Chance : Teleports you to a safe place in the map and heals you
  
  
• Force Field : Gives you invencibility for a short time
  
  
• Stealer : Steal someone else's power up, if no one has a power up, heals yourself
  
  
• Ice Prison : Traps you in a block of ice, making you invencible. Also heals you. The player can break free of the ice at any time
  
  
• Disarm : Disarm all players around you.
  
  
• Electrify : Deals damage to all players around you.
  
  
• Overclock : Your velocity increases and you have infinite jetpack.
  
  
• Invisibility : Makes you invisible.
  
  
• Fake Gun : Drops a fake weapon in the ground that explodes on contact with another player
