BattleBlade is a 2D fighter indie game with light bullet-hell elements along with a focus on story. The game features a campaign with visual novel style dialogue and 5 battles of increasing difficulty. As well as that, it includes a PVP versus mode for local multiplayer game play with friends (and foes). A PVE Versus mode is also included for additional replay ability. The game is set in a desolate earth which has been destroyed by Demons from Hell. Play as Kaiku, the Goddess of Earth, and save Earth, a task which sounds easier (and simpler) than it really is.
