Serious Sam: Double D is a 2D side-scrolling shooter developed by and published by and for the (via ) on August 30, 2011. Part of the , Serious Sam: Double D takes the 3D over-the-top shooting gameplay to 2D, while adding a unique "gun stacking" concept (in which can carry and fire up to six weapons simultaneously) and new ridiculous enemies (such as the Vuvuzelators, mutant stacks of anthromorphic with attached to them).
