  1. Administration Block. The very beginning of the game where Miles Upshur encounters first enemies and allies tries to leave the asylum but fails this task.
  2. Prison Block. In this chapter, Miles Upshur makes his way through gloomy prison, runs away from psychopathic brothers and suddenly goes to the drainage.
  3. Sewer. Here Miles Upshur explores the sewers full of garbage and unpleasant enemies, tries to drain this location, suffers from big mutant and escapes.
  4. Male Ward. In this chapter, Miles Upshur travels to lair of maniac-surgeon, losses his fingers, crawls through corridors and finds the elevator only to kill his offender.
  5. Courtyard. In the strangest chapter Miles Upshur explores the yard of Mount Massive Asylum, hides from mutants and returns to the building.
  6. Female Ward. Here Miles Upshur makes his way through another location attempting to find his single ally, a crazy priest who prays for the Walrider.
  7. Return to the Administration Block. In this penultimate chapter, Miles Upshur finds a priest on a cross, takes keys and tries to escape again. Unsuccessfully.
  8. Underground Lab. The final chapter features Miles Upshur exploring laboratories under the asylum, interacting with the main antagonist and reaching the exit.

  1. Underground Lab. Waylon Park starts at the place where Miles Upshur finished his way. Here Waylon Park acts as a regular worker of laboratory turning into a guinea-pig.
  2. Hospital. In this chapter, Waylon Park finds himself in the center of chaos created by the Walrider, tries to find the exit and escapes from a bloody cannibal.
  3. Recreation Area. Here Waylon Park also explores the yard with dozens of inmates and patients on his way to the prison where radio is located.
  4. Prison. This chapter makes Waylon Park frustrated as he finds radio only to see its destruction by his former employee.
  5. Drying Ground. Here Waylon Parks returns to the yard, disables the electricity to proceed to the exit, finds a lot of hostile inmates, but survives.
  6. Vocational Block. During this chapter, Waylon Park feels as a bride of a crazy patient, survives and even kills this maniac proceeding to the exit.
  7. Exit. Finally, Waylon Park reaches the main gates of the building avoiding hostiles and his main enemy, escapes by car of Miles Upshur and reveals secrets of Murkoff.
