Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War III is a RTS, but with MOBA influenced gameplay. There are 3 playable factions in the game: Imperium of Man, the Eldar and the Orks. Maps in the multiplayer ares imilar to those in MOBA games, but gameplay is still RTS-like. This sci-fi themed game from classic Warhammer 40,000 series requires amount of micro never seen before in the series. It is also fast, not Starcraft fast, but fast for any other RTS game. For some the pace and heavy micro is a treat for others it is too much. The game however no longer has the tactical depth of Dawn of War II, which used to be slower but more strategic and less chaotic. Multiplayer in Dawn of War III is pure chaos with tense micro management battles. Nonetheless it is really fun and challenging RTS.
