Overview

Sylvio 2 is a first-person horror game developed and published by Stroboskop for PC and Mac.

Kickstarter and Beyond

The game went up on Kickstarter in December 2015. On January 9th, 2016 the campaign ended with the funding being unsuccessful with 83,919 SEK pledged out of a 130,000 SEK goal.

After the Kickstarter failed to reach its goal, Niklas Swanberg posted a post-mortem blog indicating that he would be pausing development on Sylvio 2. He was instead going to be going back to remaster and update the original Sylvio and bring it to consoles.

The plan is to resume development after the remaster of the original and release late 2017 or early 2018.
