The hit classic First Person shooter from the year 2004 is best known for its fast paced action, crazy shooting, powerful guns and that type of matters, but it also has some vehicles that are worth noting and describing. There aren’t that many vehicles, but you can find 7 of them in the game. All of these means of transportation and chaos are powerful strong and useful in many shapes and forms. In gamespedition.com you will find a description of the vehicle and some brief information about it. Let’s get to it!

  • Manta
A hovercraft with ~200 hp, but with little armor, resistance, durability or poweruful guns. It compensates that with a lot of agility and maneuverability. Strong artillery, or other weaponry can resist and easily destroy the manta, but infantry fear as it is way too agile and quick. It has a plasma blaster that shoots a plasma projectile dealing 30 damage from a direct hit. It also has 200 health points
  • Hellbender
Futuristic jeep with a powerful motor, an unbreakable drivetrain and a 600 HP engine. It sends shockwaves that kill your nemesis and destroy some smaller missiles easily. Running over enemy opponents is an option also. While the driver cannot shoot, allies can hop in and take care of that for you. The Hellbender has 600 health points, 3 seats, one for the driver, one for the Skyminer and the last for the Turreteer.
  • Leviathan
With 5000 health this bad boy is durable, hard and nearly impossible destroy. With upper deck cannons, an Ion cannon and various other tricks it truly deserves the title of the “most powerful vehicle in the game”. It isn’t all pros though as it isn’t particularly fast or agile, but consider using it to cover your rushing allies or cleaning out an area. Its size is both an advantage and a disadvantage depending on how you look at it.
  • Scorpion
Blade equipped four wheeled beast with a plasma blaster – that’s how you could describe the Axon Scorpion. It shoots projectiles and allows you to go in for the suicide mission with the blades pulled out. Although they break easily, don’t worry, the Scorpion has the “Self-destruct” mechanism that along with the boost can be used to create quite a havoc. Thus not having great acceleration and the driver being exposed to enemy fire the Scorpion has its place amongst the vehicles of UT 2004.
  • Raptor
The Raptor allows you get to those hard to reach places quickly as it is probably the fastest vehicle in the game. This apparatus is equipped with rockets that lock on to other raptors, fury’s and cicadas. Plasma power can be effective in killing Goliaths. While only having 300 health it is very vulnerable to damage.
  • SPMA
The Self-Propelled Mobile Artillery has 600 health and can be abused when launched from the sky. It damages enemies in a large area. A camera allows to predict the point of impact. Apart from driving the driver can access the mortar shell cannon. The passenger controls the skymine turret.

Goliath
A tank. Yes, you can drive a tank. Just like the real life counterparts (not Goliath’s, but modern tanks) it is slow, but durable and sturdy. With 800 HP it is the vehicle with the 2nd most health points in game, just behind the Leviathan. It can take out Manta’s, Scorpions, Raptors and other vehicles without much effort. A powerful and devastating 140mm cannon is a weapon of mass terror.
